Local Guide community has grown to 120 millions members
We have recently launched a new service - 360 degree photography. Since then Business Web Admin posted 1187 pictures of 638 locations. Most of them are spherical pictures we post on Google Maps and Google Street View as a part of their Local Guide program. Even this service is active just couple of month we got over 2 millions views and counting. This number let at enter the top 1% of the best New York contributes and within forthcoming months our goal is to become top 1% of the United States local guides.
Local Guide community has grown to 120 millions members in 24.000 thousand locations worldwide and continue onboarding new members. Here members could post reviews, pictures and videos of places they have visited to share them with a global audience. To help Google Maps grow program participants are encouraged to answer questions, verify facts, add missing information, correct false or out of date data. For doing so contributors receive badges and points and some high level ones are invited to special events.
