This is a simple maintenance update of the D7 series. It has minor bug fixes and small API/feature improvements. There is no security fixes or updates this time. But it is the first time we have full PHP 7.3 support.
Would you decide to upgrade your website to this latest version remember, there are no changes to robots.txt file, but there are changes in .htaccess, web.config and default.settings.php files. Be sure you will replicate all manual changes that were done to this file to fully restore your site functionality.

There are several ways to update core files, choose the one that fits your needs. But remember before making any changes create a reliable backup, either full system back up or just data base one.
