This is a reminder for any web developer who uses Google URL shortener service. Google is "transitioning URL Shortener to Firebase Dynamic". The service that was launched in 2009 and was providing internet community with one of the fastest URL shortener services. New users lost access to this service this year April 13, existing user will be able to use service thill the end of March 2019 when it will e discontinued. But even after March 30, 2019, all created short links will continue to redirect to the intended destination. We recommend to pay attention to Google's new service of smart linking - Firebase Dynamic Links. Google has promissed "Dynamic Links are free forever, for any scale".
